An artisanal preserve crafted by Casa Marrazzo, a family-owned company in Pagani, Salerno, Italy, since the early 1900s. Made with the prized Annurca apple, known as the "queen of apples" in Campania, this jam captures the authentic flavors of the region. The apples are hand-selected while still unripe and ripened in the sun for 15 days, following traditional methods, to develop their signature sweet-tart taste and vibrant red hue. Combined with sugar and a touch of lemon juice, the jam offers a smooth, velvety texture with a balanced, fruit-forward flavor that evokes the essence of Southern Italian orchards.
Perfect for spreading on toast, croissants, or crusty bread, this jam also elevates cheese boards, pairing beautifully with aged cheeses like Pecorino or Gorgonzola.
